Re: Remove my articles from your site
You are correct sir, but I doubt there was any written agreement or licensing agreement that both authors used with any periodicity clause or specifics. Assuming this was a verbal agreement, the author no longer desires his work published at said site which can be easily removed. The proof of a verbal agreement rests with the said site. If he can't prove there was an agreement well.. guess what- copyright infringement. If Bob wants his stuff pulled, it is well within his rights... That's why authors write in copyright protection at the beginning of a book or article... "without express written permission."
In the case of a book, the original author, if smart, just doesn't give permission prior to use. There's contracts with specific, royalities, etc... knowing full well that written work such as a book cannot simply be pulled off the shelves.

But the author himself (Cowlips) typed it out and posted it on said site...I believe that constitutes an agreement and conveys the rights to such publications. Perhaps cowlips should have covered his proverbial ass by having a contract, which we both know has a begin date and an end date.
It would be a different set of circumcisions if the site owner of said site posted it but hence that's not the case....

Re: Remove my articles from your site
When you post something on the site, there is a little button that says "edit" and another one that says "delete" so if you don't want it there you can delete it. So you still have control over your content. When they ban you, you can no longer delete your content. I think it is messed up that they leave your content after they ban you. When you post something knowing you still have control over it, it is an implied condition. They take away your control, they should take down your content.

No need to try to talk to him, he is not a native, not an active member, he is trolling for fun. I figured out who he is and we had a nice discussion about the ramifacations of trolling and his public reputation from then on, should he continue and people figure out who he is. He didnt like that idea and realized he is a dipshit for the idea and has stopped using the account.
Boater feel free to delete his account he wont mind, he asked me to but i sure as hell dont want that username on my ISP

Thanks KC, but here, we each stand or fall on our own!
If he's (NB) is not man enough to respond, then he is nothing and he may be gone just like his nets may be someday. If there is no purpose for either, why have them? We here have all been called to the line from time to time, and each of us must justify our actions...be it here or ...
