What's the sauce like Skipper? Anything you'd compare it to? It's close to my house and it'd be great to have good BBQ around here.

John,
Warthog is worth the visit probably the best BBQ in our neck of the woods.
Sauce is good but could use a little more spice.

There is a new BBQ joint opening between Kent and Auburn sometime in late June , early July. From what I understand its pure Texas BBQ style, a little spice and sweet,tangy......The munu falls with 18 hr smoked brisket (Not tri-tip roast) but real brisket....Pork spare's smoked for 18 hrs. Some of the other foods offered- Twice baked potato's fully loaded, pulled pork, smoked salmon, rib-eye's, t-bones, stuffed chops, Smoked turkey whole for the holidays, smoked chicks, Southern desserts, with a flare of deep, deep southern cooking........................Custom BBQ pits will be made on site that are from what we hear, multi-fuel designed smokers/pits. Patio open lid cookers.....This is for the year 2010
