I think I am already registered... BTW, thanks for the sample pack. I have tried a couple. My wife and I are already fans of the roasted garlic and red pepper. The cajun is great too! I did a prime rib for her and used that as a rub. Man, it was top notch. I'll get around to trying the others soon. I already know I'm making an order soon!

Shoot, I dont think you could improve the Salmon candy recipe!

havent tried it yet.

I brushed some olive oil on some asparagus and sprinkled them witht he roast garlic pepper and tossed em on the Q for about 10 minutes.

Wife about stole mine off my plate.

Might try a crole style salmon candy

I'm going to have to get more of the roasted garlic pepper!
