On the Q today...

Fired up the Camo-Q and did a couple rack o ribs today. Had some surplus cherry wood laying around from my father in laws fall tree trimmings. Ran them low temp lots of smoke most of the day. Just about ready to plate! Almost feels like summer, minus the snow, rain, and wind. Even made some potato salad to go with... yep, almost like summer. :32:

Next time, :89: and I'll be right there with my bib around my neck!

Hell, my wife even surprised me with corn on the cob!!! Felt like August... cept for the weather.

Damn that sounds good. Can you get fresh corn right now? She's way too good for you, Shmelky. After seeing the pics of your beautiful kids, fortunately, like the corn on the cobb, it looks like you had nothing (or very (very ) little) to do with that process either. Supposed to be sunny and 60 all weekend. Might have to Q some ribs myself. Good idea elkshizzle, my family could use a pick-me up meal.

Costco has corn on the cob. It was the best we could do for right now, it was decent though. I'm feeling generous today so I'm going to give you that one. Enjoy it, next time I'll have to slam yer ass back in the pecking order.
