Very cool. I love working with cedar, it's the perfect wood for outdoor projects in this region. Especially the 5/4 stock, it'll last a long long time. Anything else and you have to finish the hell out of it. And I've yet to find a finish that last longer than bare cedar.

I think the family moved out of mine recently. the parents were feeding the little ones 3 weeks ago but now I dont see anybody in or out of it?

Probably in "short sale" right now, soon to be bank owned. Tough neighborhood up there in Lynnwood too. :32:
