I'm hoping to go sunday since they killed the monroe show this year

Time to stock up on leader rolls 9.95 each.....

Wednesday at noon for me. Us retired farts will be waiting for the doors to open. There just may be a bargain price on something that I either already have or don't need.

I hit the show from 2 to 5. pretty much a carbon copy of last year with a few gadgets here and there. Talked to Glen from Hawgquest. He showed us a couple featherlite rods (new sponsor) he used in a show or two. A very nice guy. A few local guides here and there. Lots of Alaska and B.C. fishing resorts and the such. Pretty much ho hum. The flyguy at the steelhead pond was pretty good. He showed some streamer techniques for trout that got the attention of a few steelies in the pond. A good show and a few good deals if you look for them.
