Most selective? Probably seines, or fish wheels.

Who will they be? The non-tribal commercials.

No, they won't get stuck with the surplus mush...the whole point is to make sure there isn't surplus mush.

Get stray down to below 5%? Easily...very easily, and cheaply, and without killing a single wild fish.

Heavy lifting? If you want the commercials to do the lifting, then you will will get your wish...just remember, that heavy lifting of removing all the hatchery fish will happen downstream of sportfishermen.

Yeah.

I won't affect many ocean fisheries but anything upstream of the wheels or whatever will get the proverbial shaft.

It'll probably work well to sell ocean capable boats.

I can gaurantee there are those working on this as we write. Some motives are driven by profit but many in this realm are driven by spite.

I can understand those driven by profit, and even those by spite...the part I can't stomach is those who are driven by ignorance, and being led by those driven for profit or by spite...

Sooner or later, when you choose to remain ignorant, or cling to obviously incorrect ideas based on prior ignorance...well, ignorance starts to resemble something altogether different.

Do you speak from experience Todd? You've been talking crap for so many years your posts do resemble a steaming pile of turds, so you're right again.

What I can't understand is those who are driven by personal glory, lead by deception, and are the epitome of hypocrisy.

The answer to all questions is "reduce hatchery production". You'd be a pretty bad "Karmac the Magnificent", every answer would be the same, and the questions all different. You know your pushing my buttons with this ignorance crap. So in your honor, from now on , every time you spout your crap, I'm gonna go catch a wild steelhead and beat the fuker senseless on the rocks, step on it's head, and let my dog pee on it. Tit for tat!!

Not that reducing hatchery production is a bad thing, it's just not the only thing.

You'd have to actually go fishing and catch a wild steelhead before you could kill one...
