Let's just say they were liking my paddletails far more than they were liking spoons, even lucky ones...but I can say this; there's no way any other boat caught a limit of fair hooked fish...shitodear they are pretty much done biting down there.

I know that sounds funny after we bonked eight, but every cast results in hundreds of fish seeing your lure...with no exaggeration.

They are pretty much solid fish from Spokane St. all the way to the end of the waterway...and anything you throw in there will just foulhook a fish if you're not careful...as it is, we foulhooked a lot Sad

Smoker is running full tilt today Smile

I will say that he took it with a good sense of humor...and was quick with the net whenever I had one fair hooked...and we had a pretty good time while we were at it!

i dont think its looking to good for silvers down there with hatchery production down 40 percent and the river plugged with nets up to the 16th so bridge, they are also netting the east waterway so i guess safeway will have a pink salmon sale pretty soon.

We were casting in the east waterway of the Duwamish, below Spokane St....but frankly, I had better fishing, by far, on the Skykomish on Friday...once I found the *one* hole that had a lot of fresh fish...aka "biters"...in it...most of the rest of the river was older fish that didn't bite much better than the fish yesterday that boater and I fished over.
