Nate- Poor choice of words on my part. I just meant, no sense getting all worked up over poachers. In the grand scheme of things there are a lot worse people out there that need an ass whoopin. Getting in a fight over a few dead fish is stupid and a waste of time. You aren't going to get them to change their ways or anything. Plus these days people get shot over less. Just report the violation and go about your day finding something more productive to do. I use to be a hot head. Being a "tough guy" got me into more trouble than about anything else in my early adult life. I guess as you get older you get smarter.. Some people do anyway, I just got older.

never said that i "like" smoking, i said who gives a crap lol....ive broken my share of laws, yes, but when it comes to fish, its basically my only hobby that i truly care for, so it gets a little different there for me....its really easy, "closed waters" means what? if a store is closed that doesnt mean you can break in, ring your stuff up, and be on your way...guess im just weird...
