For me these new scotty rod holders (won this one in everett derby) are the shit! just grab the rod, rip upwards and it comes right out. I love it.

2nd would be the glass I installed in my hatch door so that I could see fishfinder and not have to leave door open. Should patent this and sell it to Alumaweld Leaving the door open in winter and getting stuff wet wasnt working for me....

i put a pair of these "smooth move" seat mounts in, they are not as good as the mariners but they take the shock out.

Hydraulic steering and trim tabs.

I put the trim tabs in this year too. I just haven't learned the trick to using them. Sometimes they're great and other times they piss me off..

The trick is small movements a little at a time. Otherwise its easy to over compensate.
